Here are the names and some information of books and dictionaries that I have used that you may like to use too:

501 French Verbs

This book is by Christopher Kendris and you should be able to buy in major book shops including W.H Smiths. This book really helped me, because it doesn't just have 501 verbs listed, it also explains how to use the tenses and contains practical phrases. (Most of the book is included on the website.) Harrap's French Grammar Revision "Mille Et Un Points"

This book helps you with verbs, pronouns, adjectives, articles etc. Again, I will have included most of this in the French section of the site. However, if you want to buy it online or get more information click here.

Any good French dictionary

This is essential, and the need for this should go without saying. I myself use the Collins French Dictionary Plus Grammar edition and it has always met my needs. However it may also be useful in school so don't get one that's too big and you can't carry it. Use this link to find out more about my dictionary.
